What do you think is really behind Will's sudden ambivalence (click to look up the meaning of this word) toward chess, a game he loves?
I think he couldn't concentrate because he was thinking of the dance and Mi-Su and Daniel, and I think Tabby just made it worse with all her annoying sounds and yelling, but I think he will do great at the competiton.
I think he could not concentrate because of all the things with Mi-Su and Tabby was distrackting hIm. I think he is thinking more about Mi-Su then chess. Tabby adds m
First Julia, the name of the person that asked Mi-Su to the dance was Danny not Daniel. And I think Will could not concentrate because Danny Riggs asked Mi-Su to the dance before he did and now he is upset and can't concentrate because of that.
First off, sorry for not blogging yesterday, i was in bed a lot, then we went to dinner at a friends' house! HECTIC! But i feel better! Anyway... i think the whole reason for his sudden uncertainty, was because he had his mind in a different place, he was thinking about Danny and Mi-Su going to that dance. And having Tabby messing with his day, even more frustrating!
I think Will couldn't concentrate on the game. He could only think about how much Tabby bothered him.
