I think he cried because he thought about the kiss his best friends, and other things such as things at home, things with his sister, school, things like that could make a kid want to cry. He's probably mainly thinking of his friends' 'budding romance!' Will wanted to be in a relationship with Mi-Su, he didn't want his two best friends in a relationship, that is going to make me cry now, it just makes me feel a bit sad right now, but it didn't happen to me so I'm not actually going to cry though!!!
I think Will began to cry because he likes Mi-Su and B.T. kissed her. I also think he cried because they are best friends and he may think they should not kiss each other. I just think he is jealous of B.T. I would be sad if I was in a situation like that.
I think he started to cry because he started thinking about how BT kissed Mi Su, and how maybe he wanted to kiss her first, and everything is so complicated between them right now.
