PD 225
At the end of this section, Will says, "I walked, walked. I could no longer see the whole board, only my own dark square." What do you think he means by this?
I think he meant that he was all planned out in his life then something got ruined than another after another until it was only him with nothing planned out, and nothing right. I think this because things got bad after the star party, then after he kissed her he started acting weird around Mi-Su which kind of made things go down hill between them, then the dance, and now Tabby getting hurt.
I think this means, he wants to plan his life, he really thinks he HAS to! But if I were him, I would just go with the flow! But he doesn't really know what will happen between him and Mi-Su! Plus he doesn't know what will happen with Tabby!
I think Will meant he had his whole life planned out and now he only has one tiny square of it planned out left.

ReplyDeleteI think it meant that he planned every thing out in his life and he goes by "one block at a time" and only by that block.
